The Fleurs D’Orange is a stylishly delectable cocktail. The creamy roundness and aromatic robustness of Cointreau mixed with subtle freshness of elderflower make this cocktail a moreish delight perfect to enjoy on an Indian summer’s afternoon.
37.5ml Cointreau
12.5ml Noilly Dry Vermouth
10ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
25ml fresh lemon Juice
5ml sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice and fine strain into a Coupette glass. Garnish with a dry lavender stick and spray of orange oil from an orange penny.
