A NOT-so-secret secret; in two weeks time I'm heading off on maternity leave* and right now, I need some foodie help.

The husband and I have always been what-do-you-fancy-tonight-then eaters: we haven't done a single weekly or monthly or even two day-ly shop in the six years we've been together.

But even I am not optimistic enough to think this happy-go-lucky, supermarket-on-the-way-home approach will survive the pending arrival of our new addition, for fiscal as well as practical reasons.

So, with that in mind, I'm planning a mammoth cooking session to stock the freezer with easy to reheat, tasty and healthy meals that will see us through the first few weeks.

Trouble is, I'm a bit stuck for inspiration. Which is where (I hope) you lot come in. Once you get past shepherd's pie, lasagne, stews and chillis, what can you suggest that keeps well in the freezer and will keep our tastebuds entertained?
