BOURNEMOUTH: The Escoffier restaurant at The Bournemouth & Poole College site at Lansdowne, hosted the semi-finals of Royal Academy of Culinary Arts annual competition this week to nurture excellence among chefs across the UK.
The panel of judges included Andre Garrett, executive head chef at Clivedon House, Martyn Nail, executive chef at Claridge's in London and Sarah Howard of the RACA who lives in the New Forest.
