Nikki Hastings is writing a journal about discovering she has terminal cancer

Nikki Hastings is 35 and dying from cancer.

She has kindly allowed the Daily Echo to publish the moving
and honest journal she has been writing during her
battle with cancer.

She was diagnosed in October 2008 with secondary
breast cancer and doctors broke the devastating
news that it had spread to her liver and bones.

Despite chemotherapy, Nikki has been told she
hasn’t got long to live.

Nikki lives in Boscombe with her husband Kevin and
their beautiful girls, Leah, four and Megan, two.
