FOLLOWING its poor CQC inspection last year, the Royal Bournemouth Hospital has taken significant steps forward. The Care Quality Commission notes RBH has substantially improved although work is still needed in several areas. Hospital bosses says leadership has been a key focus and herein lies one of the most galling aspects of this saga. As we saw in Mid Staffordshire.
