HOORAY for the King’s Head, Wimborne. My friend and I enjoy eating out but as we are both registered blind because of our extremely limited sight, it’s almost impossible to read menus.
At a recent outing to the King’s Head in Wimborne we mentioned the problem to the waiter.
Lo and behold he brought us the menu in LARGE PRINT.
Quite apart from the fact that the meal we had there was absolutely delicious the large print menu means that we will return to the King’s Head for our next treat.
With modern technology, making a large print menu is a simple process that other restaurants would do well to consider.
