Keeping Dorset tidy as the torch passes by... we in Upton with our Keep Upton Tidy group and with the help of the public keep our area tidy all year round. With litter pick days three times a year it’s working well in keeping our town tidy .
We have also had approaches from one or two other parishes and towns asking us to help them organise a group like ours.
Our Keep Upton Tidy Group have already organised to do a litter pick the evening before the Olympic Torch passes through our town on July 13. We will do a litter pick at 6pm on July 12 starting from the car park at the Upton Library and we expect a good response.
