MY flabber is gasted, How on earth has Tesco managed to get a convenience store in Wallisdown road?
I pass daily and find that with the pedestrian crossing within close proximity, vehicles are endeavouring to reverse out onto the main road.
This is a dangerous manoeuvre, and certainly not approved by the Highway Code. So what department in the Bournemouth Council gave approval?
I would also point out to the ex councillor who was responsible for spending council taxpayers’ money to move the pedestrian crossing on the east side of Wallisdown road 30 yards, that every time the pedestrian crossing is used the roundabout becomes gridlocked.
Never a problem before.
