WALKING my dog across the Westcliff this morning it was impossible not to be awestruck by the magnificence and power of the sea. Although the vista is ever changing in our lovely bay we always have the sea and its currents.
Given the recent concerns over both water shortages and wind turbines is the answer to both not right in front of us?
