PLEASE allow me to thank the members of Christchurch Royal Naval Assocation – Reg. charity: 1068796 – for giving their time during the past weekend when, a street collection was held in Highcliffe that raised a total of nearly £250.
On Monday a coffee morning in the Mayor's Parlour in Christchurch raised £150 in spite of the incessant rain.
Thank you too, to the public who supported these events.
All monies raised is used for the welfare of past and present RN servicemen/women and their families and helps provide care and companionship for members. Included in other related organisations that also receive support is Christchurch Sea Cadet Force.
Christchurch RNA meets on the third Thursday of the month in Portfield Hall, Christchurch.
