THE inconsiderate behaviour of some motorists I find unbelievable. I am the user of an electric wheelchair, who frequents the same footpath with my companions from a home.

Even though the residents of the surrounding roads are aware of this, there is still constant parking on footpaths and dropped pavements and nine times out of 10 there is ample room for parking on the road.

It does not affect just wheelchair users but young mums with buggies.

It is us that have to negotiate these obstacles just because of a selfish minority and yes it is an offence to park in such a way.
