MY husband and I recently visited the Transportation Services office at St John’s House in Poole as we have been having trouble with our bus pass, (it was not scanning).
I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to receive such excellent service, such a rarity these days.
The lady we saw was pleasant and efficient and both my husband and I walked out with new passes in the blinking of an eye.
Thank you for reminding me how it used to be in the good old days.
