I DID a U-turn on how I thought about murderers. Up to recently I believed the death penalty would be the way they should be dealt with.
But there is a a much better way. Keep them on uninteresting but of course nourishing food. Give them only water to drink.
No Christmas, no Easter, no birthdays, only work from 8am to 6pm, shut in their cells over weekends.
But of course the essentials like using the toilet and washing and brushing their teeth should stand as the only human rights they deserve.
