HOW right Tobias Ellwood is to feel uncomfortable with the situation regarding Independent Derek Borthwick joining the Conservative Party.
For as long as I can remember I have voted for the big C both locally and nationally.
I find it just astonishing to even think that the local Conservative administration is considering Derek Borthwick as a local Conservative councillor.
