I AM not surprised that there are many traffic accidents on the A31, M3, M27 corridor, because the white lines fall short every step of the way.
Lanes are not indicated ‘in time’ for fast flowing traffic to get into the correct lane.
A fine example of inadequate line markings are around the civic centre in Poole. Visitors must be appalled, and alarmed also at the speeding that goes on around Bournemouth and Poole.
As soon as you approach Ringwood A31 area from east or west the speeding accelerates to an unacceptable level.
