WHILE the current debate regarding the possible privatisation of Bournemouth parking enforcement rages, I would like to point out that Poole Council charge 30p for one hour to park behind the shops in Ashley Road, Parkstone.
Yet a mile or so along the road, Bournemouth Council charge £1 for an hour behind the shops in Poole Road, Westbourne.
How can Bournemouth Council justify being over three times more expensive than Poole?
