IT'S disgusting. 4,045 applicants on the waiting list, no council houses built since 2004 and only 40 are expected in 2012/13.
Help and advice won’t house a family desperate to be housed because they are unable to buy or rent. Yet Poole Council can find £40m for the Twin Sails Bridge. Attractive but, arguably, useless.
Just think how many houses that can be built with that amount.
Houses can be lived in, the Twin Sails Bridge, can’t. So, what is the more important, house or bridge?
