TO the person or persons responsible for the pain and misery due to taking off our Shamrock bus No 42, it was very popular along Surrey Road into Westbourne, then going back to Winton.
What you must realise is the people have to go into Westbourne for doctors, the chemist and surgery. There are five roads up to Westbourne and every one is a breathtaking climb, terrible for asthma sufferers.
When you see a lady with a walking frame climbing Prince of Wales Road it makes you feel sick.
So please, please think again and give us back our bus.
