Could I please ask, through Have Your Say, if anyone out there knows how to complain to the Royal Mail about a missing letter?
It seems you have to have a degree to figure out how to contact them.
I have tried to phone, only to be told to contact them online, all of which is costing me money.
Anyone tried online?
It’s a joke.
I became quite excited when I found a ‘contact us’ link, but after pressing the button was told I had committed an error!
After wasting an hour I gave up and decided to appeal to yourselves.
The missing letter in question is a repeat prescription which contains drugs which could of course get into the wrong hands.
I feel this should be addressed as soon as possible – that’s if I can find anyone to talk to!
