REGARDING your story Fury over Branksome Rec meeting arrangements (Daily Echo, November 13), the powers that be in ‘arranging’ the venue and time must be so insensitive.
It was obvious that there would be an outcry and most residents, rightly or wrongly, would see it as a put up job.
I can only be thankful that these powers that be are not Foreign Secretary – there would be wars breaking out every day.
