Is the Daily Echo really unable to find some real news for the front page?
A man who received a ticket for parking in a bus stop is outraged.
I too am outraged – the Echo has campaigned against parking/ stopping on the yellow zig zags outside schools, yet it also provides column space to people ranting on about safety cameras being revenue gathering machines etc.
Have these drivers read the Highway Code?
Do they know the difference between parking, unloading, stopping and waiting etc?
I am a driver of some 47 years and am of the opinion that if drivers didn’t ignore the laws of the road they wouldn't get fined: “I was only .......” is no excuse.
