I despair of our judicial system when it judges that the method used to catch the offending motorist is not acceptable.
The next time a burglar is caught will he be excused because there is not a notice proclaiming that “Police may be patrolling this area”?
Please please lets stop this PC nonsense before it destroys our society. If you commit the crime, pay the fine.
