Letter to the Editor: Locked up loos = urinating in public
I HAVE a follow-up about the toilets being closed in Poole.
I came out of the lift in the Hill Street multi-storey car park and was confronted with a man urinating in one of the corners.
He looked at me and said:”Well they have locked the toilets, I had to go.”
What could I say or do?
