Soon we won't be able to afford to visit our open spaces
FURTHER to the letter about dirty Bournemouth, I remember taking visitors through the gardens to the pier many, many years ago. I hope they did not notice how filthy it was. It was disgusting.
Not at all like our wonderful Poole Park, which is well kept.
Sadly, with all the cuts from the government (no money from the government to councils after 2020), all our open spaces will be unkept.
We won’t be able to afford to visit them anyway.
