I HAVE just heard a speaker on BBC Radio 2 saying that cyclists were also drivers and are not a different species.
I would like to know if cyclists are also pedestrians?
I am sick of bikes on pavements. Having to constantly look behind me and narrowly avoiding being mown down everywhere I walk is just not right.
Cycling might be good exercise but not when riders’ brains become devoid of all things around them, including “please dismount” signs.
And how about re-introducing bells on bikes?
Or would that spoil the fun of silently menacing people walking on pavements?
