AS IS generally known, Christchurch council continues to dig itself into a bigger pit with the proposed TV beach retreats, the justification of the project being they will assist in the regeneration of Highcliffe.
While walking in the area first thing on Sunday morning I was surprised to see that all rubbish bins were over-flowing and had not been emptied.
It was still there at the end of the day and blowing to all areas.
It would suggests the council is unable to deal with the existing users of Highcliffe beach / cliff areas, let alone a re-generated area.
Well done CBC once again.
