ON the day that Theresa May became Prime Minister she spokemade two bold statements outside the doors of Number 10.

The first about ‘Unity for Great Britain’ and that ‘Brexit will mean Brexit!’ To me, both statements contradict each other.

Prime Minister May then made a hurried visit to Scotland to speak with Nicola Sturgeon in which she proclaimed “I (UK government), will come out with a (Brexit), deal that is best for the whole of UK”.

Not long after, she gave the same assurances to Northern Ireland in which we all know inhabitants of both areas, along with (May’s) London – voted ‘Remain’ in majority.

I am now beginning to suspect that under this promise or umbrella of ‘Unity’, Theresa May and the majority of the Conservative Party, plans to seek a new deal under Article 50 that will keep us as close to remaining in the EU as before, or even if plans to issue such, will ever begin.

The idea of a ‘Brexit’ group within May’s party may be merely a voiceless smokescreen to keep the majority of English voters content, while she spins her own undemocratic scheme behind the whole facade.
