ACCORDING to Caroline Roundhill, strategy manager, our homelessness problem is down to the government.
How much did we have to pay for this report, and that comment?
How many of these homeless people actually originate from Bournemouth area?
Very few I expect. I accept there are genuine cases around, but even if we had the accommodation available how many would be able to maintain a normal existence?
Alcohol and drugs are a bigger factor that needs addressing. These people are aggressive and sometimes violent, and do nothing to encourage locals or visitors to our once lovely town.
Oh and the money spent on this ridiculous report could have been better spent elsewhere.
