Letter to the Editor: Litter wardens cannot be overzealous enough
FULL marks to the litter enforcers (‘Litter enforcers in overzealous claim’, Daily Echo, April 23).
They cannot be overzealous enough.
In Singapore, you never see people even chewing gum. Why? They use the corporal punishment.
Can you imagine the howls from the people here if that was brought in?
3GS should make the fines higher. There are far too many people chucking their rubbish on the ground and this may be one way of slowing this practice.
