Letter to the editor: Where have all the rubbish bins gone?

The thing that will let down the town is the amount of rubbish everywhere, from Bournemouth through to Southbourne and on.

Where have all the rubbish bins gone? If they are about, they are overflowing.

You want people to be responsible and pick up there dog waste, but where are the bins? The holiday season is just round the corner and a lot of things need to be sorted. What do we pay council tax for?
