REGARDING the General Election, I believe that the paramount reason why most people voted as they did has been overlooked.

The aggressive rhetoric of the Scottish Nationalistsand in particular that of the swaggering Alex Salmond, made it obvious to the people of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, that if they and Labour came to power in coalition, then they would have the whip hand, and there is no way that the rest of the UK would submit to being effectively governed by the Scots.
