No service outside office hours
I WAS impressed with the smart new police station in Poole, a lovely glass contemporary building. However on Saturday when I wanted to report an incident I was really surprised to find it closed! It doesn’t open at weekends and basically appears to operate office hours.
I had attempted to report the incident by phone first but after being kept on hold over 18 minutes I thought it would be quicker to go down in person.
The one service that should be available seven days a week has been reduced to a five-day week. I feel this is really poor in 2015!
