Land fare rise is simply unfair
I AGREE with your reader Sean Aita regarding the high fare to use the Land Train this year.
We are denied any choice regarding single or return.
An OAP with a child from Bournemouth Pier to Durley Chine is £8.50.
This service is so useful to the less able bodied and families.
The huge amount of money the town now receives from the Air Show days (which I love) should allow for some flexibility here the residents and visitors alike would benefit.
I have lived here all my life and appreciate all the many free and varied entertainment provided particularly in the Gardens, but these charges are unfair and will deny access to some beautiful areas to so many this year.
