IF Bournemouth’s local council is going to take absolutely no measures to prevent them, would the town’s youth at least have the decency to learn how to skateboard properly?
It is truly excruciating watching kids slap and trip over their boards on the paving for no immediately apparent purpose. Thanks in advance.
