I DO wonder, should the Scottish National Party do well in the General Election, how much of a welcome they will get from those of us who believe we should remain a United Kingdom.

My suspicion is, rather like with the United Kingdom Independence Party, with the European Union Parliament, they will not receive a good reception. My message to those in Scotland, if you do not like the Conservative or Labour parties, the Liberals and before them, the Whigs, have been around since the 1600s and were well established within Scotland.

Indeed across the whole of the UK. They were the reformers, not Labour, who destroyed our reputation as a world leader.

Now possibly the SNP wanting to disunite Britain!

We are in a time in which co-operation, not infighting, is so important.
