Bournemouth Council appear to have a bit of a problem at the Spearmint Rhino Club with the ladies who work there getting too close to the customers.
Councillors and officers are too busy to have to keep an eye on this and that is why I am prepared to offer to help them out free of charge to inspect and report back so the council can take action if needed.
I have my own tape measure and would suggest that a monitoring period of six months should be enough to establish if the ladies are breaking the rules.
This will leave the council free to deal with other pressing issues.
