IMAGINE, like us, not being able to use any water in your home, on a busy Saturday morning.
We had turned off the outside mains supply to attend to a dripping garden tap and afterwards were unable to reinstate the supply.
In desperation we contacted a charming Hannah at Sembcorp who within minutes confirmed a network inspector Dan would attend ASAP, as he did by lunchtime.
Straight away, with the right tools, he sorted the problem and restored a worried OAP family to grateful normality!
Thank you Hannah and Dan for your delightful and efficient weekend service that helped us so much.
