GREAT news to read that at long last some progress is being made to transform the Cliff End hotel in Bournemouth into a building residents can be proud of.
Now can we have some progress to transform the derelict former David Lloyd Club on Knowle Road/Knyveton Road, Bournemouth. This site has been derelict for many years and is a real eyesore on the environment. It is now blighted by graffiti and fly-tipped rubbish. Residents are frustrated by the apparent lack of action despite appeals to councillors and the planning department. This is a prime site that could be transformed into much needed housing that is required in the area.
