DOES the council not learn from its mistakes? First the Imax, the reef and now the ‘Welcome to Bournemouth’ sign.
I believe the signs on the side of the road are adequate and blend into our beautiful area, but the new sign is a waste of money.
The £80,000-plus could be spent on far more important things which could enhance our area. It is about time that everyone who pays their council rates should have a say as to how the money should be spent and distributed to other projects.
