WE noticed that barbecues were only allowed on the beach after six o’clock. On the best of our summer days the heat has gone by this time and usually the wind is beginning to blow.
It would be lovely to have an allocated part of a beach where people could have barbecues during the day. Perhaps even some wooden benches. It would be a sociable scene for everyone.
