A PLEA to the residents of Christchurch and surrounding area, to anyone who uses Christchurch Hospital or may need it one day.
Please pick up a hospital plans leaflet available in many shops, pharmacies, surgeries, libraries, etc and read all about the plans for the hospital and then put pen to paper or finger to keypad to support these plans to keep our hospital.
Let the council planning committee know you want to see your hospital refurbished and modernised and understand the key worker housing and care homes will pay for this.
To those that say keep the old workhouse at the front, I say would you rather the NHS money was ploughed into an old building or your health and care?
Time is running out for responses, reply by Feb 27 and go to the meeting on March 14 at Christchurch council offices, 6pm.
SUE ELLIS, Fairmile Road, Christchurch
