MIKE Fry writes somewhat bitterly about the cuts to Dorset Police budgets. He blames the Labour party for the high cost of pensions and the brand new Dorset Police Commissioner, Martyn Underhill, for having been a long serving policeman.

No mention though of the present governing Conservative Party that imposed these draconian cuts.

There is a lot in this life that is unfair Mr Fry, rewarding the Police is not one of them.
