WHERE I live in Winton irresponsible dog owners are still not clearing up after their animals. Yesterday I saw several incidents of this in 200 yards.
How can these selfish people own a dog and not clear up after it?
They obviously have no consideration for the visually impaired and the elderly.
As a result of this innocent dogs get the blame!
Something must be done about this; perhaps a solution could be dog wardens who are able to issue a fixed penalty, but this may be quite difficult.
Has anybody any other ideas?
