ON behalf of the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation I wanted to thank all the lovely ladies who supported our Ladies Evening on Saturday November 24 at the Allendale Centre and helped us to raise £500.
Thank you to the Daily Echo who promoted the evening no less than four times and thanks must also go to Neil Godfrey who organised the event.
A big thank you to Fire FM, the wonderful Sarah Brackstone who kindly donated her performance, to the magician Daniel Lyons, to the stall holders and to the lovely lads from the Butlers in the Buff. It was a great evening and the proceeds will make a real difference to local young people. Thank you everyone.
