WITH regard to the Police Crime Commissioner election about which we “Plebs” know so little.
Does it mean that the elected officer will be able to sack the Chief Constable for not clearing the pavements in our area of illegal cyclists?
The last five Chief Constables we have had were totally incapable of doing this duty.
