RAIN WOE: Pirates team boss Neil Middleditch
BOTH of Poole Pirates' Elite League clashes with Swindon - scheduled to take place today - have been postponed.
Reigning champions Poole had hoped to kick off their title defence against the Blunsdon side but waterlogged tracks in Dorset and Wiltshire put paid to those ambitions.
The away clash with Swindon has been rescheduled for 4.30pm this coming Monday.
The home fixture will now take place on Wednesday, July 29.
