JAMES Stokoe completed his brace in added time as Wimborne Town poached maximum points with a 2-1 win at AFC Totton on Tuesday.

Stokoe had put Magpies ahead just before the hour, heading home Ryan Murray's cross, but the Stags levelled a minute from time through Mike Gosney.

However, there was still time for Stokoe to plunder a winner, nodding in off the crossbar to seal back-to-back league wins for the first time since December.

Sam Kwaku's second goal in as many matches secured the derby bragging rights for Bournemouth Poppies against Hamworthy United in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division.

Kwaku, who bagged his first Poppies strike in Saturday's defeat to Cowes Sports, struck to seal a 1-0 victory that saw Ken Vaughan's men complete a league double over the Hammers.

The results marked United's sixth straight league defeat but ended a six-match winless streak for Poppies, a run that contained just one draw.

On Monday, Lymington survived a late scare to end their own dismal seven-match winless sequence courtesy of a 2-1 win at Team Solent.

Goals from Darren Ritchie and Zac Mouland sandwiched Ellis White's leveller with Solent's Jesse Waller-Lassen seeing his late penalty saved by Stuart Williamson.
