WIMBORNE Town have raided Portsmouth with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's brother among a trio of loan signings.

Midfielder Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain, winger Kaleem Haitham and striker Brandon Joseph-Buadi have joined on month-long deals.

Oxlade-Chamberlain and Haitham, both 17, are available for the Southern League clash with Evesham at Cuthbury today (3pm).

Joseph-Buadi, 18, has been ruled out by a minor knee problem but should be available to face Larkhall in seven days' time.

Boss Simon Browne sealed the deals after speaking to Pompey youth team coach Mikey Harris, who he met while in charge of Salisbury reserves.

Reflecting on the recruitment of Oxlade-Chamberlain, whose father Mark played professionally for Portsmouth, Sheffield Wednesday and Stoke amongst others, Browne told the Daily Echo: "Hopefully, a bit of the family magic has rubbed off on him.

"In an ideal world all three players will do really well and I will speak to Mikey and the loans will be extended.

"We might even get another one or two other players to come along as Mikey is keen to give some of his better lads more experience."

All three players made their professional debuts in the 2-0 Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat at Exeter in September.

Joseph-Buadi started the game while Oxlade-Chamberlain and Haitham came on as second-half substitutes.
