FORMER Bournemouth Poppies and Bashley secretary Ray Murphy recently graduated from a football administration and management course run through Southampton Solent University.
Murphy, who is a Bournemouth Football Association council member and development committee chairman, is currently club secretary of National League club Eastleigh.
The graduation ceremony was held at Southampton Guildhall and the course was run by the League Management Association.
It covered football administration and regulations, football and the law, information and communications technology for football, football and the media, football finance and human resource management in football.
Through the term, Murphy was joined by secretaries from Manchester City and Birmingham City, the assistant secretary at Manchester United, as well as colleagues from Derby County, Wolves, Ipswich Town and the Football Association.
