POOLE Town have boosted their attacking options ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Paulton with the signing of Portsmouth’s Jack Maloney on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old winger or striker made his first-team debut in the League Cup in August 2012 and has 11 senior appearances for Pompey to his name – 10 as a substitute.
Boss Tom Killick told the Daily Echo: "We made no secret of the fact we wanted to add a bit more firepower but at the same time we didn't just want to go and sign anyone for the sake of it.
"Jack is a young forward but has good first-team experience and I hope he can give us a different option in attack."
Maloney had loan spells with Conference club Aldershot Town and Ryman Premier outfit Lewes last season.
